Identity Management in a Box is comprised of two offerings, Helpdesk and Enterprise. Both offerings provide out of the box auditing and reporting functions to ensure you have total control over your solution.

  • Helpdesk - This offering automates password management, including enforced user registration, self service password management, password synchronisation and administrative password management.
  • Enterprise - This offering is a provisioning solution that centralises your user management, automates identity provisioning to your key systems, provides workflow based multi-level approvals, email notifications and facilities user management activities on any other systems.
